The Portrait Process

01.

Reach Out!

We'll work together to plan your session. You'll read over and accept the terms of my portrait photography contract and pay for your session.

02.

We do the work!

We meet up at our agreed upon date, time and location and the time in front of the camera begins. I'll help pose you or prompt natural moments. I then go home and begin editing the photos.

03.

You get the photos!

About 2-3 weeks after your photo shoot, you'll have a digital photo gallery delivered to you via email, and you'll get the code to download the 15 images included in your package. Additional purchases, like for more digitals or prints, are never necessary but are always available!

The Only Package

Up to an hour at one location. 15 image downloads and an online gallery of at least 30 edited images to choose from.

FAQ

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Sometimes, yes. Other times I may have a session or event lined up later that I’ll need to get to. It just depends on our schedules.

What kind of gear do you use?

I use professional Canon cameras and lenses. Take a look at my portfolio to see what we make together :)

Do I have to order prints through you?

I’ll provide you with a print release that you can take to any photo printing website or kiosk, but I really recommend ordering through your gallery for the best color rendering and customer service.

Can I purchase all the images from my session?

Yes! Your gallery will have a store option for purchasing the entire gallery as a digital download. Perfect for when you just can’t choose!

Can I see/get the RAW files?

I don’t typically deliver RAW files straight from the camera. They have no contrast or sharpness and take up a massive amount of storage. If it’s a requirement you get them, we could work something out, but that’s not always a guarantee.
